My laptop needed an upgrade and as you may know, you don’t have time to wait for repairs. I was provided detailed diagnoses, a quote for the repair, and a reasonable turnaround time for the repair. I had contacted other businesses and I felt as though I was being provided commercial pricing. Computer Fix Plus took is a small private business inside the basement of the owner’s home and they are social distant conscience. They took on my small project and did not overwhelm me with a huge bill. I also requested my battery to be replaced which is something I have been needing for a few years now. Great company and fantastic customer service.
Definitely deserves 5 stars. He was prompt to reply via text and coordinated a time to pick up an older MacBook with a corrupted hard drive that Apple would not even consider servicing since they considered it to be “vintage”. Not only did he replace the failed hard drive, but found the battery was also failing and made a second visit to replace that as well. Great experience and will definitely call for any future computer repair needs!
